How to Shop

How do I place an order?

Simply shop online or call 1-888-222-7261.

When shopping at the Online TABASCO Country Store, add the product(s) you want to your shopping basket, provide your shipping address and billing information, pick a payment method, and check out.

What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship via Standard UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery by Standard UPS Ground. For faster delivery, choose 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select.

All orders are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place your order on Monday, it will be shipped out Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday.

Can I place an order by phone?

If you prefer to phone in your order, we're at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 1-888-222-7261.

How can I get a free TABASCO® Country Store paper catalogue?

Click here to give us your name and address, and we'll be happy to send you one. Or, you can call 1-800-634-9599 to request a free catalogue.

Do you take international orders?

Yes, we now offer international shipping at the Online TABASCO® Country Store. Or, if you prefer, you can call us at 1-337-373-6133.

I'm worried about shopping online. Do you have a security policy?

McIlhenny Company takes seriously the issue of safeguarding your privacy online.

To ensure safety and confidentiality, we utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard for transferring sensitive information over the Internet. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

What if an item is listed as out of stock or backordered?

"Out of Stock" items are not available at this time. Unfortunately, we can't 'backorder' these items for customers. When a particular item becomes available again, we will then make it available for purchase on the web site. If there is an Out of Stock item you are interested in purchasing, please check back periodically to see if we have re-stocked it. And keep in mind that we are always adding new merchandise to the site, so you may find something else you just have to have. Thanks for your understanding.

What about returns and exchanges?

Please complete all pertinent information on the return and exchange form included in each package, or include an explanatory note, and return it with the item, insured and prepaid, to: TABASCO® Country Store, McIlhenny Company, Avery Island, LA 70513. Please allow 4-5 weeks for credit card adjustments to appear on your account.
